Therefore, you should eat less carbohydrate and more fats. Include monosaturated fats, polysaturated fats, and saturated fats in your food.  Olive oil, avocados almonds, walnuts, butter are recommended fatty foods. Eat non-starchy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale mushrooms etc. Include fermented foods in your daily diet. Eat high protein food like meat, fish, eggs, and soy.
